• Clove bud-
Rich, warm & spicy with a true clove scent with a subtle sweetness.
Clove bud has incredible anti-inflammatory & analgesic properties which makes it a perfect addition to reduce cramping & menstrual pain. Plus it boosts your mood & encourages mental clarity!

• Cinnamon-
A sweet powerful warm & spicy scent with woody undertones.
Fantastic for reducing swelling & relaxing the muscles. Has been known to aid in reducing heavy bleeding & nausea associated with menstruation. Cinnamon helps to combat fatigue, boost your moral & calm your nervous system.

• Peppermint-
A strong, fresh and powerful icy scent that has hints of sweetness.

How to use-
Shake your roller and apply to the palm of your hand or directly onto your lower abdomen, massage into your skin and allow this scared blend to work its magic. Can be applied to lower back also.
Best used 3 - 5 days before your bleed or can be used as needed.
